The One Hour Body

“I don’t have time.”

“I’m too tired after work.”

“I’m too busy to exercise.”

These are just some of the reasons we hear on a regular basis for why exercising isn’t possible for some people.

If this is you I have good news for you!

You don’t have to train 4 times a week for 2 hours to get back into shape and to get your health and fitness back on track. Here at Live Well we have seen people make positive steps and achieve life changing results from training for just 1 hour per week with a trainer in our studio!

This may seem farfetched but it’s true. With the right training, support and guidance you can start to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Sure, maybe as a vibrant 18 year old you used to enjoy spending hours in the gym every day working yourself to the point of not being able to move, but now you have other commitments…..work, social life, family.

Focusing on your health and fitness for just one hour per week in the studio, when combined with positive lifestyle changes, can reap numerous positive benefits including; weight loss, increased strength, better mood, less fatigue, and overall better vitality.

“But what about my family life?” I hear you say.

You can use family time to your advantage; we are lucky enough in Australia to have some fantastic walks, parks and beaches, so why not make the most of these. Spend some time kicking the ball with your kids, take a walk with your loved ones, and go running with a friend. Your body and mind will thank you for it!

So what if you are some who struggles to prioritise time for themselves, this is where having a coach comes in; someone who can help keep you accountable, motivate you, and provide you with ongoing support and guidance. This accountability buddy might just be the push you need to get off the lounge and go for that evening walk after work, or grab the footy and go kick around the park with your kids.

This outside work when combined with your hour in the studio each week will have you feeling fitter and stronger before you know it. 1 hour out of 168 each week…..what do you have to lose!
