Each session is limited to just four members per coach, ensuring you receive individual guidance, technique correction and ongoing support throughout every workout.

At Live Well Health & Fitness Studio, we don’t run large fitness classes. Every session is coached by an experienced Personal Trainer who understands your goals and knows how to help you train safely and effectively.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. Every exercise is tailored to your current ability, making Group Personal Training suitable for beginners through to experienced exercisers.

Will I still receive individual attention?

Absolutely. With a maximum of four members per coach, you’ll receive personalised guidance, technique correction and exercise progressions throughout every session.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Our experienced coaches will modify exercises where appropriate so you can train safely and confidently. We regularly work with members managing back pain, arthritis, osteoporosis and other health conditions.

How long are the sessions?

Each Group Personal Training session runs for approximately 45 minutes.
