Exercise actively helps slow the progression of Parkinson’s Disease. Moreover, following a consistent fitness routine brings even greater benefits.

With this in mind, we’ve designed our Parkinson’s Fitness Classes to directly target key areas—improving balance, coordination, strength, agility, and, most importantly, aerobic conditioning. Specifically, classes run for 1 hour every Tuesday and Friday at 11 a.m. at our studio.
