  • A movement screen and tailored exercise program design to suit your age, injuries and fitness goals.
  • The Personal Training sessions are 30minutes or 60minutes where we show you the best combination of strength, aerobic and mobility exercises needed so you move better and feel younger.
  • During each session, we provide you with dietary support and accountability to get off to a flying start.

Nice atmosphere in this small, personable gym. This is a judgement free zone where all the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. It has a Cheers vibe to it, where everybody knows your name (TV reference for the over 50s). Even fellow clients are encouraging.
The trainers will push you but never to an impossible level and you will achieve improvements week to week. Just when you think you have mastered the program. it changes. I know that’s a good thing but some days, I’m not sure if I’m happy or sad about that.
I used to go to a big gym but only did group classes because weight rooms were intimidating. It’s nice to go to a place where there is none of that.
I’m not a person that loves exercise but appreciate the physical and mental benefits so thanks Elia, Max, Toby and Matt for creating a fun environment and keeping me motivated.
