Live Well is a boutique Personal Training studio led by Matt Mazzaferro. The specialist personal training studio in Bondi Junction is the second studio.

The new studio has a strength and functional space that will allow the friendly coaches to follow the LIFT, SPRINT and PLAY philosophy. This will also ensure the clients receive a 5 star service, BUT also guaranteed results. We don’t sell gym memberships so numbers are capped, to ensure it’s never too crowded and you never wait for equipment.

There are no ‘cookie-cutter programs designs or inexperienced trainers trying to prove something and kill you in week one! All our programs are personalised to your goals and abilities.

Is it carnivore diet the best diet?
We don’t have an answer for that but we are sure that it worked for Sal that since February, with a combination of 2x60 minutes PT sessions and dieting, he has lost 10kg and improved in his lifting techniques and strength.

𝙆𝙚𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙘𝙝-𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙠𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙨

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Chicken breasts
• 4 chicken breasts, bone-in with skin
• 110 g cream cheese, softened
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 50 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 50 g parmesan cheese
• 275 g canned artichokes, chopped and drained
• 110 g frozen spinach, chopped
• 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
• ¾ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil, for the baking dish and on top of the chicken
• Dijon vinaigrette
• 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
• 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
• Salad
• 1 Romaine lettuce head, chopped
• 12 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
• ½ red onion, divided and thinly sliced

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁𝘀
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grease a 9x12 baking dish with olive oil.
2. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients to the spinach-artichoke stuffing.
Season with salt and pepper.
3. Make a pocket in the chicken breast by cutting into the side, middle section of
the breast. Slice across the breast, just far enough to reach the other side,
without cutting into it.
4. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish, and stuff the pockets with the
spinach-artichoke stuffing.
5. Drizzle olive oil on top of the chicken breasts and season with salt and black
pepper.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken inner temperature reaches 165°F
(75°C).
Salad & vinaigrette
1. Mix together the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a small bowl.
2. Prepare the veggies and put them in a large bowl. Pour in the vinaigrette and
give a good mix.
3. Serve the chicken breasts with the salad. Enjoy!

𝙆𝙚𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙬𝙚𝙙𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙤𝙣

Melt-in-your mouth, crispy swede fritters are high in iron, low in carbs, and easy to prepare! Whip them up and pair with bacon and mayo for an unbeatable ketosis combination.

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
𝙎𝙬𝙚𝙙𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨
• 450 g swede
• 175 g halloumi cheese
• 4 eggs
• 3 tbsp (20 g) coconut flour
• 1⁄8 tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 75 g butter, for frying

𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜
• 175 g bacon
• 240 ml mayonnaise
• 150 g leafy greens

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
1. Rinse and peel the swede. Grate coarsely with a grater or in a food processor. Shred the cheese the same way.
2. Mix cheese and swede with the other ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for a few minutes.
3. Form 12 patties with your hands and place in frying pan with a generous amount of butter. (Or use a large spoon and scoop mixture directly into pan.)
4. Fry on medium heat. Turn the patties after a few minutes. Lower the heat towards the end. Keep cooked fritters warm in a warm oven.
5. Serve with a green salad and a dollop of mayonnaise, perhaps flavoured with herbs or paprika powder. And don`t forget the bacon...

Our vision is to create a positive movement in the community by helping our members be happy, healthy role models whilst also providing specialised support with other allied health professionals to accommodate NDIS participants through our registration as an NDIS Provider. Live Well also has strong connections to local hospitals that provide exercise programs for members of the community who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and Osteoporosis.
